Slim seems to be the most ideal body shape for everybody, nowadays. Everyone wants to be slim. Some have found a good and right way to be skinny, with healthy diet for example, but some have not found the best way yet. Statement: Diet pills or purgative will make you slim faster
Wrong. Diet pills and some kind of purgative won’t make you slim faster, but make you dehydrating faster. These pills might be suitable to make your digest system works harder, but actually, too much using of them will damage your kidneys. Your kidneys are forced to work out of their basic capability when you consume them.
Statement: Milk will make you fat
Wrong. In a glass of milk, you can found calcium. Amazingly, calcium will make your body burn the fat two times faster than those who never consume milk. You can choose milk with low fat levels, but yet high levels for the calcium.
Statement: Sports everyday make you slim faster, just like the diet pills do
Wrong. Indeed sports have the same function as milk—it is help you burn the fat and increase metabolism. But, having your body exercised everyday will decrease the oxygen and mineral level on your body. An ideal exercise is done 3 until 4 times in a week with medium intensity.
Statement: Banana makes you fat
Wrong. Banana has a very small level of fat but very high in calorie! Banana precisely a good snack because it can handle your hunger for quite a long time.
Statement: Smoking makes you slim
Wrong. This part doesn’t need to be explained more. Smoking is equals with buying death installments. Smoking damaged all part of your body, you won’t be slim.
Statement: Having meals at night will increase your weight
Wrong. The time you eat something won’t effect to the fat you have or the weight result. The most influential part to your weight is your food in a day, not your food you eat at night.
